This is clearly indicated in "Instructions to tenderers" documents in tender dossiers. Natrag na vrh Is certificate of origin required for financial offers that exceed 5.000,00 EUR? Overal value of the financial offer does not determine the type of the form that declares compliynce with the rule of orogin. The limit of 5.000,00 EUR applies only to the unit price of any supply item. Natrag na vrh Who issues the certificate of origin?
